Diversified Communications Inc. was founded in 1987 providing teleport and transportable satellite services to North American and International TV networks for “live coverage” of news, sports and entertainment events.

Today live television production, mobile, and teleport services continue to be a large segment of DCI’s business. DCI has grown to become the premiere provider of remote production and transmission services based in Washington, DC. DCI provides credentialed television crews and live stand-up broadcast locations around the city for standard definition and high definition television productions.

Our name was chosen to reflect our philosophy of providing complete state-of-the-art seamless video production and transmission services of the highest possible quality and reliability. This has resulted in a vertically integrated company that has evolved over the 24 years to become not only a service provider, but a solutions provider.
