Freedom Plaza, with a unobstructed view of the US Capitol, is a excellent location for a live shot.  Our clocktower central receive site is a simple line of sight for our camera-back NuComm HD transmitter.  Using robust QPSK modulation in a 16MHz channel and an omni-directional antenna, DCI provided a fully wireless HD camera solution allowing camera and reporter to roam freely about the plaza to cover a protest.
