In the basement of the US Treasury is a command center where analysts prepare a daily financial briefing for the President.   DCI provided the uplink for the first-ever live broadcast from inside the Markets Room.  Just getting to the small parking area, which is inside the White House compound, requires going through two narrow gates, making DCI's van a perfect fit for the job.
